LTC was established in 1996, by Jan Lanker (M.Sc. from Gothenburg, Sweden), a telecommunications specialist, who has devoted his whole working carrier to telecommunications, primarily on the international scene.
LTC is a small company relaying on its own resources as well as on the support of the resources of a network of highly qualified independent telecommunications specialists.
LTC covers a wide range of Specialities and Services
LTC has worked for various Clients, including SIDA, DANIDA as well as the major consulting companies in Sweden and Denmark. Furthermore, projects have also been executed for institutions such as the World Bank, African Development Bank and European Bank for Restructuring and Development.
LTC has carried out services in a number of Countries in the developing world as well as in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. Recent Projects include Western Europe and some developing countries
Language proficiency: Danish, English and Swedish (fluent), Portuguese (good, long working experience), German (good), French and Spanish (some).
LTC and a group of telecom and management professionals have set up a Consultancy Network for International Development in the Telecom and ICT Sectors. The Network members combine broad and in-depth expertise and experience in a number of disciplines in the fields of telecommunications and IT
